SMS Terms
- Program. Chameleon Consulting Assistant Alerts sends call summaries, message notifications, reminders, and schedule updates from our virtual assistant.
- How to join. Text SLOAN to (737) 200-2912, then reply Y to confirm. Details are on our text alerts page.
- How often. Message frequency varies based on calls and activity.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. You'll get one final text confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply START to sign up again.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email info@chameleonconsults.com.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent. Signing up for text alerts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
- Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Chameleon Consulting isn't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using this website or our text alerts, including delayed or missed messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
